Answering some interesting Interview Questlines that have no perfect answer.

  1. An order hasn’t been delivered to a customer on time, and they’re furious. They want you to cancel the order and close their account immediately. How would you repair the damage and keep the customer?

    1. Let me suppose I’m a Delivery boy of KFC and this situation arises. I would probably try to give that delivery for free. So that I can give a surprise feeling to the customer and make their day happy. But in this, I have to pay from my pocket for the customer. To avoid paying the full sum of their order instead of giving the order for free I can add some additional products like Cool drinks that they never ordered as a compliment that can go up with their ordered items which can give them a pleasant mood to forgive my mistake so they backtrack from canceling the decision.

  2. How would you handle a situation where you and your teammates disagree on how to move forward on a project?

    1. I would probably collect enough information with conclusive evidence to pursue or to give a good understanding of my perspective of the project for my team. If my team comes up with more conclusive evidence to prove my understanding is wrong I would try to understand their perspective and try to accommodate that and if required I will be ready to drop my method and to appreciate their method.

  3. If you were an animal, what would you want to be?

    1. I want to be a fox. Foxes are known to be friendly and curious. They play among themselves, as well as with other animals, like cats and dogs.

  4. If you have a 3-gallon jug and a 5-gallon jug, how can you measure out exactly 4 gallons?

    1. I need exactly 4 gallons to be calculated.

    2. If I take 3 gallons I will get 3 and I tried to take half of 5 then sum it can be 5.5. Not a conclusive approach

    3. If I take 5 gallons in the 2nd jug and then transfer it into a 3-gallon jug I will have 3 and 2 left out so I have to make the left in 5 gallon half. But it is not possible with 5 and 3-gallon jugs. Not a conclusive approach

    4. If I take half of a 3-gallon jug it will be approximate 1.5 gallons and taking half of a 5-gallon Jug it will be approximate 2.5 gallons. Then adding 1.5 gallons into 2.5 gallons in a 5-gallon jug will give me approximately 4 gallons. So that will be my solution.

    5. More Appropriate ans: Take 5 Gallon Jug full can pour it to 3 Gallon then empty 3 Gallon Jug so 5 Gallon Jug container 2 Gallons left. Pour those 2 Gallons into 3 Gallon Jug and fill 5 Gallon Jug then pour to 3 Gallon jug until it fills. Now 3 Gallon Jug is full and 4 Gallons will be left with 5 Gallon Jug. Hence the solution.
